Booking does require a card on file to secure & protect your appointment. Please note that your card will NOT be charged until the end of your service. If this is your preferred method of payment. Although, it is important to know that If an appointment is not canceled at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled time, the client agrees to pay 40% of the total service price as a cancellation fee. This amount may be applied toward a rescheduled appointment within three (3) weeks of the original date. After three weeks, the cancellation fee will no longer be applicable. The client also acknowledges that any unsuccessful payment attempts for services or cancellation fees may result in a temporary restriction from booking future appointments until the outstanding balance is fully paid. The client understands that pricing listed for some services are starting rates and may be a higher final rate by the end of service depending on hair density & products used to achieve client’s desired results. This will be discussed before each session. By booking, the client agrees to these terms and understands that timely cancellations are required to avoid fees and maintain scheduling privileges.
